Asked most often
- When will my order be sent?
- Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually packed the same afternoon. We do not pack at weekends or on bank holidays, so a Friday evening order goes out on Monday.
- Can I change or cancel an order after paying?
- Usually, if you tell us quickly. Nothing is fixed until it is labelled. Send us the order number and say what needs changing. Once a parcel is with the courier it has to run its course, then come back as a return.
- Do you ship outside the UK?
- Not yet. Everything on the site is priced for the United Kingdom, and that includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands at the same rate. Those addresses just take a working day or two longer.
- My dog destroyed it. Is that covered?
- If a seam, buckle or zip failed in normal use, yes, tell us and we will replace it or refund it. A bed that has been chewed to pieces on purpose is not a fault, but message us anyway. We would rather know which products do not survive a determined chewer.
- Is anything you sell tested on animals?
- Only on our own, and only in the way you would use it: worn, walked, slept in, chewed. No laboratory testing sits behind anything we stock, including the cleaning range.
- Do you take trade or wholesale orders?
- We are open to it. There is more on the stockists page, including what we can and cannot supply at volume right now.
Still stuck?
Tell us what happened and we will sort it. Include the order number if there is one, and a photo if something arrived damaged. It saves a round of messages.
